Naomi Hill is a Business Continuity and Resilience Analyst for the global security division at Google. Her work focuses on making sure the company’s critical business functions are protected against disruptions that could negatively affect personnel, facilities, assets, or operations.
Prior to Google, Naomi lead enterprise-wide emergency preparedness and business continuity initiatives for AARP. There, she embedded disaster readiness into workplace culture and furthered efforts to prepare older Americans for emergencies by leading AARP’s strategic partnerships with both the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the American Red Cross.
Titles aside, Naomi is a hybrid left-brained, right-brained “analytical creative” who enjoys helping people use their voice and their gifts to create the lives they want to lead.
Her education spans a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Arts in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University, and a recently completed Emerging Leaders in Crisis executive education program from the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative at Harvard University.
